Adjusting blending modes
- Another way to animate content is to work with blending modes. Blending modes control how layers interact or mix with each other. In this case, I've opened up a slightly different version of the animation. Let's make more room for the layers panel here by double clicking the Adjustments tab. Here, you see we've mixed different layers together. Textures plus gradients. Well, that gradient is using a blend mode, and depending upon the blend mode, you see how it interacts with the layers down below here. Here, multiple ones are combining, and again, they create an interesting effect. For example, taking a red layer and placing it into Vivid light mode or Hue or Color can create a whole new look that allows the colors to mix together. Here's another one.
