Join Tony Harmer for an in-depth discussion in this video Adjust and scale footage in Premiere Rush, part of Premiere Rush First Look.
- In the beginning of the previous chapter we transformed…a title scaled it and rotated it around, and you…can do that with footage also.…In fact in the next chapter when you get to sharing,…it will be something that we'll talk about there as well.…But for now what I'm going to do…is just give you an example of one place…where you might use this.…And that's to do a little bit of…a sort of picture in picture effect,…which I've done a couple of times.…So you can see here that I've got the footage…where it comes out from the back of this boat…and then cuts back to the front just there.…
And maybe here I'd like a picture in picture…where I've got the back of the boat here at the same time…or the stern as they say in nautical terms.…I was pretty sure they say back anyway, but if I go to the…project browser here, what I can do is locate that footage.…Okay, and then just choose to add that.…Now just drop that in, in place like so,…but what I'm going to do is just move that up.…Okay, on to the top track just here, just for the time being…
