Adding effects
- To add effects, we need our effect library open. And I'm going to just go ahead here to this next marker. I've got a string out of clips here. I'm going to also come into the top left and hit this drop down so I can see all of my effect library. I'm going to go here to where it says filters, now all of these are open effects filters and the ones I'm using here happen to be the Resolve category, when I roll this open you'll see some third party ones, I'm going to close that up. We just get the Resolve filters here. I'll take everybody's favorite, the Gaussian Blur, drag and drop it on this clip, and you can see the blur happens. Let's make this a little bit larger. Lets open up our inspector. We need to select our clip. Make sure I'm in the edit mode, there we go. And we see a brand new tab here, the open effects tab, and we can adjust the strength of this. Here we're able to hit a reset button. We're also able to type in specific values and scrub any text parameter. I'm going to…
