Adding audio reinforcement

- Audio professionals know that some sort of audio reinforcement is a good idea. It can cut down on unwanted sound, echoes, or any sort of bounceback that can lower the quality of your audio. Behind me, you see that we have a simple screen. This is useful as both a privacy screen, but can also break up any sound problems. Maybe it's the sound of audio getting bounced off of my computer, or perhaps it's sound coming from down the hall. People will put things like this up behind them to help deaden the sound. In front of me, I have a piece of foam. Now, this type of foam is very common and used as an acoustic treatment. Many people will actually hang this on the walls of their cubicle of the room that they record, getting several pieces. The benefits of the ridges here is that it really cuts down on the audio bouncing, and this can soak up the audio and really give you a nice, quiet environment.
