- So in the last video, we completed the inner ring animation, so now we get to do the outer ring animation. So push into our inner ring area. By the way, I overlooked a couple of steps in that last video, so let's back up and take a look at those. If we look at the alpha channel, it should be a ring just like these. Well, that's because in grade seven, I forgot to set the channels to RGBA. There we go. Also, in grade eight, since I didn't make it RGBA also, that's the one that does the darkening around the edges, my alpha channel wasn't darkened correctly. So let's switch that one to RGBA as well. And now the alpha channel has darkened edges just like the RGB channels. Okay, I've also added the backdrop node and done some labels, like here's our color lookup that gives it the appearance, here's the transform with the expanding animation.
