VTune lets you easily compare two results side by side so we can clearly see the differences. We use this compare feature inside Visual Studio to compare the results of the multi-threaded version with the single threaded version. The first difference that stands out is the shortened execution time, but there are other system resource consumption differences that VTune brings to our attention.
