My name is Brian Bradley and I'm going to be guiding through these breakdown of the essential tools and features found in the V-Ray for Maya render engine. In this course, we will be showing you how to install and set up V-Ray as well as locate V-Ray tools and controls Maya bar. We will look at some of V-Ray specific types available tools and breakdown V-Ray's versatile global illumination engines.

We will make use of the all important V-Ray material to re-create some useful material types. Such as cloth, reflective metals, and glass. Then we will put some of V-Ray's effects tool to work creating powerful in rendering effects such as depth of field, motion blur, plastics.
