In this episode, we're going to look at the fundamentals of designing a workflow map. Let's first break down the makeup of a workflow map. A workflow map has the following ingredients: a clear goal and purpose. This involves just asking yourself what outcomes you want to get out of this design and what you expect it to help with. Entry points into the system: for example, how do you get to the very first step? Are your users coming from Google, from an ad or from your website?
