This is the fourth course in a series that describes a set of techniques you can use to make your development process more user-centered. In this installment, I'll show you how to generate multiple creative ideas for fixing the user pain points you uncovered in earlier stages of the process.
Ideation is a technique that lets you explore lots of different design ideas in a very short space of time, drawing on the diverse ideas that each member of the team can bring to the table. Having a broad set of ideas to draw from makes it much more likely that you'll come up with a suitable solution.
