- If you felt your interview went well,…you may want to consider writing a handwritten note…to everyone who interviewed you thanking them for their time…and including some portion of the conversation…that you had with them.…It's not a requirement, but it is something…that people will remember positively…about their experience with you.…After a full day of interviewing,…the next person you'll hear from is the recruiter.…Shortly after your interview,…the team will setup some time to debrief.…During this debrief, the team who met you in the one-on-ones…will discuss your strengths and weaknesses…and whether or not you're a good cultural fit.…
These meetings are typically about an hour long…and the feedback is given to the recruiter.…If they felt you were a strong candidate…and wanted to make you an offer,…they'll discuss the level they think you are…based on the behavior scenarios and your command of design.…The recruiter will call you…and ask how you felt the day went…and any feedback you have on the process.…If things went well, then you can say how you felt.…
