- [Instructor] Before you begin a freelance UX UI web project or app project, you'll most likely create a proposal that the client will sign off on. Now, this is useful for laying out the scope of your project as well as responsibilities and also costs. These are things like project expenses. Now, the project expenses are something that we're going to discuss in this video because I want to share with you some of the costs you may run across and why they potentially need to be justified in the eyes of the client. Let's talk about project expenses and budget in general. You'll need to lay out most of these expenses and actually set them in the agreement or proposal. That way the client has seen them, they are aware of them, they won't be surprised by anything necessarily and they've actually signed off on them.
