- Do often have to interview designers, but don't know what questions to ask, or how to ask them? In this episode, I'll jump in the ways to connect with your interviewees, things to look for, and things to avoid. How often do you actually interview designers? Do you find yourself ending an interview with a potential design candidate but realizing you didn't quite get what you wanted out of the conversation? Do you find yourself asking random questions?
