Interpreting research findings

- As discussed, it's ideal to have your entire Agile team involved in research sessions. Involving everyone in analyzing that data can be tricky but a group debrief can done to efficiently interpret data and move on to next steps. Set aside at least an hour following the final session of a moderated study or a few days after data collection is complete to give everyone a chance to review. In this session, have everyone share their key thoughts on each hypothesis and any additional observations. Discuss the priority of each finding and then end with a brainstorming session on the highest priority items. The first task is to get people to share what they've observed. I typically give everyone in the meeting three to five minutes to write down a single observation per sticky note. People can write down anything that they noted or think is worth discussing.
