- [Voiceover] If you have a passion for UX, but don't have professional experience as a UX designer, that's ok. When you're starting out with no experience, you can show some ideas on how you would design something and showcase how you think about a problem. There are a few approaches you can take to creating a compelling portfolio while showcasing your design process. You can take an existing app or website that you feel doesn't meet user needs and redesign it. You can also take a new idea you have for a project, design it, and explain your design process. You will want to arrange it like a case study, and include elements to highlight your design process as mentioned in the previous chapter. Your goal is to demonstrate your understanding of the design process, and how you apply it to a real world problem.
