Capturing your product bugs or new ideas

- Do you find yourself browsing the web or your product and in the moment, realize that something is wrong and you need a quick way to document and share with your team? Or maybe you see something inspiring and you want to share it with your team ASAP for awareness. The primary goal in this scenario is to share an idea or a problem with a minimal amount of effort. The typical process for this for a MAC or a PC is to take a screenshot. Command-shift-4 on MAC or print screen on Windows or to copy a portion of your screen directly to your clipboard. On MAC, you can use command-shift-ctrl-4 or on Windows, it's Windows button shift S and you can draw a box around what you want to capture and then you can paste it directly into an email. You might want to also describe what is wrong or what you want to draw their attention to in the body of the email.
