Project overview and goals

- [Joel] My ultimate goal for this course is to provide a quick reference library of videos that can help users both new and old either build game mechanics from scratch or have a refresher at hand as to how a particular mechanic might be built. Because of this, the goal for this chapter is to show new users how they can get their hands on the Unreal Engine for free, how to install it, and then how they can set up a project using the assets provided. Even if you are wanting to implement this game mechanic into a game of your own, you may still want to work through the course using the projects provided so that you can easily see how we built the mechanic. Then later on go back, and as you watch a second time, try to place the nodes into your own game level. Now that we know what we will be doing and why let's set about getting our game engine installed. Then set about creating a project in which we can build our head bob mechanic.
