Navigating existing materials
- [Instructor] Once you've got all your materials and assets in the project you're ready to start applying them. Unfortunately the more assets loaded it the engine, the more textures and materials there are to keep track of. Let's look at some of the ways to find what we're looking for and apply materials broadly to the whole project. For the purposes of this course, we've broken up the materials into Datasmith material imports found here. Office Decor materials here. And new materials that we made or migrated. If you know where to look but not enough about the material for a search by name Content Browser Filters can be extremely helpful. Once you're in the folder in question, simply select the Filter button, choose the File Type you want to see from the list and say goodbye to content clutter. Once you have your materials picked out, there's a few ways to apply them to multiple assets. The manual way is to Control + Click and select each asset in the scene that you want to change…
