Installing Unreal

- [Narrator] Now let's take a look at how to install Unreal into Windows. But installing on a Mac is quite easy to do as well. If you already have Unreal in your system, feel free to skip this video. So the first step is to go to unrealengine.com, and make sure you're logged in. So if you're not or if you don't have an account, go ahead and sign up, and then log in. And then all you have to do is click on download. And then accept. And then it will download the Epic Installer for Windows automatically, or for Mac. So if it doesn't, you go ahead and click on any of those. And then you simply go ahead and click on the installer. And follow the installation. So as you can see, I already have it installed in my system, so I could repair, remove. But in your case, if you don't have it installed, you go ahead and follow the steps. And it's going to install the Epic Games Launcher inside of your system. But that doesn't install the engine yet. And once you're done with that, you can go ahead and open the Epic Games Launcher, and it should automatically open it for you if you don't have it already installed in your system. So what I'm going to do is go ahead and open it. Once you have the launcher open, what you need to do is go inside of Unreal Engine and install the latest one. And the way to do that is to go at the top here, and click here, and install it. Again, as you can see, I have it installed in my system. And if you don't have the latest version, go ahead and install it. Once you have it installed, you can go ahead and launch it like so. And once you see the screen, you can move on to the next video.
