In this video Scott walks you through importing a camera created in CINEMA 4D into Unreal Editor via Matinee. Due to the coordinate system difference in CINEMA 4D and Unreal Editor we will need to rotate the entire imported camera animation. Scott will show you a simple and easy way to do this to have our camera animation created in CINEMA 4D perfectly match as intended in Unreal Editor.
- [Voiceover] In this video,…we're gonna look at how to take the camera…that we've exported from Cinema 4D,…and import that into our Unreal scene.…So one of the things I wanna call out here first,…is that under this my projects area…of the Epic Games Launcher.…This is gonna look differently for you…than it looks for us right now.…This is for two reasons,…one is that we're gonna be creating the chapters as we go,…so there's gonna be more chapters in here,…as well as every time you quit out of a scene,…Unreal automatically generates these icons for you.…Which is nice, but by the end of this course…these icons are gonna be more fleshed out…than they're gonna look here.…
So just know, that if these icons…look differently than you have,…that's expected, and we know that's gonna happen.…Just make sure your working in the right chapter.…So we're gonna open up chapter two.…Okay.…So now we're up in our chapter two,…and we're gonna open up chapter 2_09.…Okay.…So this is the level that we've put together…from our objects that we've exported.…
