- [Roger] Virtual reality is truly an amazing realm to work in. If we look at the growth and innovation in the industry, over the last five years, there is no doubt in my mind that a VR device will be a common tool in both business, and the home. VR has been described as the next level in computing, and it's not hard to see why. It really is a new paradigm. But, with this new paradigm comes new challenges, and this is especially true, as we start to migrate our rectilinear user interfaces into the virtual world. If you are a UI designer, or a UI software engineer, looking to take the leap into VR, this is the course for you. Hi, my name is Roger Miller. I've been a software engineer for over 20 years, and I have over 10 years of Unity experience. This is Unity: Building VR User Interfaces. Join me, as we use Unity to explore the challenges and solutions of creating 2D UI for VR, on the Oculus Quest.
