Track visited tiles

Track visited tiles: Unity 5: 2D Movement in an RPG Game
Track visited tiles: Unity 5: 2D Movement in an RPG Game

In this video Jesse Freeman teaches you how to keep track of tiles you’re player has visited. This is a key component to properly implementing a Fog of War effect in an RPG. As the player moves around the map, tiles are flagged as visited so the renderer knows how to display them correctly. You’ll also replace hidden tiles with the correct sprite from the FOW auto tile sprite sheet.
