- [Voiceover] So we've now created and exported an environment from Blender in the FBX file format, which is a data interchange format. When you export your models to FBX, you can easily drag and drop them into the Unity engine and use them in your Unity projects. What you can see open on the screen here is a new project created inside Unity 5. Now, if you don't have Unity 5, you can download it for free from Unity3D.com. So this is the latest version of Unity 5 that I have open here inside the screen, and you can see from the project panel that we have a few items added to this project. This is normally a blank and empty project, but a few things have been added here, and I want to show you what that is. Simply, I chose up here, I selected up here on Assets, Import Package, and then chose Characters. This will import the character controllers package into the Unity project. This gives us quick functionality to first person controls. We want to be able to wander around the environment…
