- [Instructor] With the process of light baking in Unity,…we've been able to take advantage of this idea…of taking lighting information and put it into,…essentially, texture map, so these things called light maps.…So we're able to bake them in.…We've looked at how we can use light probes to help…kind of fill in some of the gaps or places…that we might not be getting some of the lighting…information in light baking, and we've also looked at…how we can add in reflection probes.…But what we want to look at now…is the results of our light baking.…So really quickly, if we go into our window area here…and if you go down to Lighting and hit Settings,…this is going to bring up the settings window…related to our lighting environment…here in Unity and our light baking.…
Now if you scroll down a bit here, you'll see…that we are working with real-time lighting…with real-time global illumination by default,…which is fine, and our mix lighting.…What we want to look at specifically right now…is this light mapping settings.…
