- As odd as it may sound, a lot of the image effects…that we put on, are actually designed to degrade…the quality of what we're seeing a bit.…We put on Depth of Field, and added a subtle blur,…in the background objects, bringing into focus…an area out from the player, and forcing us…to look at a more immediate view at what's in front of us.…We can also add on Glow, and Bloom.…Really bringing to life any of…the really hot, burning areas.…And by hot and burning, we don't mean on fire.…But rather, the light level on them, is fairly high.…
Enough so to dazzle the camera lens a little bit.…I'll bring in another image effect.…Quitting it on my FirstPersonCharacter, and putting…a little bit of glow on these sun shapes,…and the bright specular highlights…where they are in the scene.…I'll filter down from my First Person Controller...…Select it, and open up that FirstPerson to get…to the FirstPersonCharacter again.…I've already got Depth of Field on, and I'll roll that up,…editor Add Component, go under Image Effects,…
