How to use the exercise files
- [Instructor] If you have access to the exercise files that accompany this course, and want to follow along, go ahead and download those files now and place the exercise files folder on your desktop. Now, this folder has one Unity project in it, and if you go into that project, you'll see that under Assets, I have everything arranged according to type, so we have animation, scenes, scripts, and so on. Now, when you start up Unity, you want to make sure that you set this Unity project as your project, and hopefully everything should connect, and we should be able to follow along. So if you want to follow along, go ahead and set up your exercise files now. Now, one more thing about exercise files is that I will be using the same file name in a number of different movies. So, if we go into our Unity project Assets folder, you'll see under Scripts, we have a number of different scripts that already exist. Now, in this course, I may ask you to create these from scratch. If you want, you can rename these to keep a copy of them for reference, or you can just overwrite them if you want to create that script from scratch.
Practice while you learn with exercise files
Download the files the instructor uses to teach the course. Follow along and learn by watching, listening and practicing.
