- Light and color set the mood for a game,…even before anything happens.…From the moment we see that first screen,…we feel a certain way,…and it's not just what we see…but how we see it,…how those objects are lit,…and where the colors are…that really tell us how we should feel…in this particular game.…What I've done is to flush out this scene a little bit more,…adding in a few more pieces in here…on the outside.…I've put some large quads in as blocking walls…and then completed the roof…using the truss elements in the meshes.…
I've made them into prefabs…and cloned them through.…So, we've got in here, when we select them,…a truss roof, drawing inspiration from the crystal palace…and McKim, Mead and White's Pennsylvania Station.…This'll get us some great lighting shapes as well…as that roof has a lot of neat holes in it…to let the light through onto the mostly solid walls.…Now I'm going to adjust the default daylight.…When we start out in Unity we have two components…that really contribute daylight to our scene.…There's that wrap-around blue sky…
