Emissive lighting

- [Instructor] In this video, we're going to check out emissive lighting, which allows us to use materials and objects combined to act like a light source. They really impressive, they allow you to take a mesh for example to apply a material to it and have the entirety of its surface act like a light source. To demonstrate this I've opened up the Cornell box scene that we've been working through in this chapter, which contains walls and ceilings of different colors and a cube at the center. Now, the scene that I have in front of me here already has a point light located in at the center here, which is one of unity's standard light types. But in this movie, I want to demonstrate emissive lighting, so I'm just going to deactivate the point light that we already have just by taking the tick out of that box to deactivate the point light.
