Design a simple level
- [Instructor] At this point, we've now finished modifying our tile map editor to make it easier for us to build levels. Now we're ready to build our first level and we can go through some of the ways we're going to design it. To get started, let's select our Tile Map and we're going to zoom out a little bit. Let's change the Tile Map size to 16 by 16. Once you've done this, deselect the Tile Map and then reselect it. Also let's go ahead and clear the tiles and we're going to move the alien and the player out of the way. Once we've reselected our Tile Map, let's go to our Tile Picker and zoom in. We're going to start by filling in some of the map with a darker tile. Let's double-click on the Tile Map, then zoom out so you can see enough of it. You can even move the game window out a little bit and while holding down Shift let's go ahead and paint in some of the larger areas of the map. Right now, we're just trying to box out the general area of what our map is going to look like…
