- [Instructor] Hi, in this video we are going to install and setup the required softwares. So the main software that we are going to install is Unity, and we are going to use this to create the AR app. If you want to develop the app for iOS devices, then you need to install Xcode, which is only available on MAC. If you want to run the app on just Android devices, then you don't need to install Xcode. So as a conclusion, if you have a MAC you can run the AR app on both iOS and Android devices. If you have Windows, you will be able to run the app on Android devices only. So let's download Unity. Go to unity.com. Click on Get started. Try Personal. And download the Unity Hub. I'm using a MAC right now, but installation and setup of Unity is exactly same in Windows as well. So just install the Unity Hub that we just downloaded.
