- [Instructor] Adobe Fonts is a wonderful service, and the recent updates have really simplified the process of activating and using fonts. But just like any service or software, things do occasionally go wrong. If your fonts aren't working as expected and you've confirmed that your internet connection is working, here are some steps that I have found helpful. The first thing is to check the Status Blog. Come down to the footer of the website and click on Status Blog. If this is all systems go, the problem is not on their end, but yours. Next, try coming to your Creative Cloud preferences and turning off enable Adobe Fonts. Wait a few seconds and then turn it back on again. Still not working? Try quitting the app, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, whichever app is giving you a problem, and then relaunching it. Still not working? Try restarting your computer.
