- [Jess] Twitter is a microblogging platform that gives everyone a global voice. It also makes the world a smaller place. In 280 characters or less, you can talk live about a TV episode while it's being aired with other people who are watching it. You can watch live news events unfold. You can get in touch with companies to tell them about great service or get something for terrible service. My name is Jess Stratton and in my LinkedIn Learning Course I'll walk you through the entire process from creating a user account to tweeting privately and publicly. We'll learn about hashtags and making sure those privacy settings are just how you want them. Let's get started.
