- [Voiceover] Hi, my name is Chris Converse, and in this episode of Design the Web I'll show you how to create a timeline widget within your Twitter account, and then add that widget as a live feed, to your webpage. Now, when creating a widget, the Twitter website allows us to customize some aspects of the widget, such as the dimensions and link colors, as well as define the source for the feed. Later in the course, we'll look at more advanced customization features, such as defining colors for borders, setting the number of tweets displayed, turning off header and footer elements, and even making the entire widget transparent so the design can be fully integrated into your webpage.
And we'll also explore using the search source options in order to create a timeline widget that loads tweets from multiple hashtags or multiple Twitter accounts. And finally, the exercise files for this course are available to all members, so download your files and let's start adding some Twitter timelines into our webpage.
