Basic advertising terminology

- [Woman] It's important to familiarize yourself with some key advertising terms before you start creating ads on Twitter. Many of these terms are more general online advertising terminology. And most likely, you've heard them before. Twitter does have a great glossary to finding many of them and defining them, and I'm going to highlight some key ones. And then, I really do encourage you to head to the glossary yourself and make sure that you cover off any that you don't already know. The first term I want to cover is clicks. Clicks are related to basically the action that a person takes on your tweet, or your account on Twitter. When a user clicks directly on a promoted campaign, or a component of that promoted campaign, that metric or action is tracked. Next up is cost per.
