Adding widget code to your webpage: Design the Web: Add a Twitter Timeline

Once you’ve created a timeline widget in your Twitter account, the necessary HTML and JavaScript code will appear below the preview area on the widget options page. Select this code, copy it to the clipboard (typically choosing Copy form the browser’s Edit menu), and pasting it into the HTML page. The code consists of a standard anchor tag, used if the widget fails to load, as well as a JavaScript; which replaces the anchor tag with an iFrame containing the widget content.
