- [Instructor] So here we have our Romulans Team Retrospective Board. We've got our inbox and lists for do more of, do less of, research and action items. Let's see how you actually use this board in a typical retrospective meeting. Let's start off by adding some cards to the to do more of list. These are things that the team needs to do more of. Let's start by keeping the standup meeting to 20 minutes. And let's have our customers sit with the team. That would be a great way to help Laura collaborate on the product. Let's work a little bit better together. So let's do more of working as a cross-functional team. So these are some of the things that we want to do more of. So let's think of some of the things that we want to do less of. Let's have less inaccurate estimates. You can always have fewer those. And let's have less of running long on meetings.
