- In my never ending quest to make as much of a work flow digital as possible, the one area I always hit a road block was notes. Notes come from all different places: directors, producers, clients, studio executives, vendors, even the janitor. And everybody uses a different system. Some people hand you paper, some give you verbal notes, some will send you emails, and some even organize their notes in super complicated spreadsheets. It wasn't until I discovered Trello that I was able to finally go 100 percent paperless and eliminate my need to keep track of notes on paper. So starting here at our Trello homescreen, what I have done in advance of this lesson is I have created a card that would replicate an email that you might forward from a producer that has Notes. And if you're unfamiliar with how to forward your emails to your boards, this is something I demonstrated in a previous lesson.
