- [Instructor] So now your team is still in the middle of sprint planning. You've got your user stories, you've got your product backlog, your sprint backlog and your velocity. You've probably done a little bit of planning poker and each one of these stories has their own estimate three, eight, five, 13 and 20. Now we have to figure out which stories go into your sprint backlog. So we could just grab this and move it over into your sprint backlog, we can grab this one and move it over to your sprint backlog, we could grab this one and put it in your sprint backlog. But the big problem here is that if you look your team's velocity is 25. And if you add up all the user stories, there's three, five, eight so that's 16. It's not going to be a very productive sprint. Remember that your team could potentially do 25 story points worth of work. In here they're only doing 16.
