- [Instructor] Using feedback loops and improving incrementally, evolving exponentially are the two most theoretical Kanban practices but they're extremely important to the longevity of your process and the quality of your product. The idea of feedback is simple. Kanban is an evolving process so it makes sense to routinely look at how the process is working as you walk the board on a daily basis. It's easy to see results and start to get lax with keeping yourself and your team in the lean mindset. Consistency here is key. Playing with work in progress limits is one way to make sure your team has enough time between feedback loops to incorporate any new information. However, improving your process should never stop altogether even when you get to a stable or maximized project flow. If you look at your development process as a system any system can be improved.
