How and why to create teams
- Next, I would like to demonstrate how teams work and when you would want to use this feature. In some cases, you may be able to manage everything in a single board. But in many cases, you will most likely need multiple boards which means that you'll need to create a team or teams. For example, if you're editing multiple episodes of a TV series or if you're managing multiple projects with different team members, one single board most likely won't cut it. Later in the course, I'll demonstrate how it's best to separate your boards when editing scripted or unscripted television between your main board and your structure map boards. Think of a team as either your entire company, a single division in your company, or a smaller group depending on the structure of your organization. Here's how to get them organized.
