- [Narrator] A lot of organizations use a program called Zendesk. It's a great tool to keep track of help desk tickets. These are the issues and ideas that you get from your customer or end users. When you're working as an agile team, you're always looking to get more feedback. That's why many agile teams connect help desk tickets to Trello cards. Let's just go over here to our Trello board. If you look at verification texts here, you can see we've got our custom fields, but we want to add a power up so that we can connect up the Zendesk. So let's just click on show menu, and you can see we've got all these great power ups. We're just going to add the Zendesk power up. So let's just type in Z-E-N, and Zendesk will come up. Here you have your Zendesk and you can just hit add to connect up. Now what you want to do on settings is so you want to connect to make sure that you can authorize Zendesk to work with Trello. We…
