Attaching paperwork to scene cards
- [Instructor] After organizing your scenes and their due dates, it's time to start attaching all of your various post production paperwork and for those that work in post, you know there is a lot of paperwork. Without Trello and the ability to attach documents to scene cards, I would never be able to go 100% paperless. Trello has essentially become the digital version of my binders. While this process works seamlessly in a scripted world, oftentimes the paperwork you get in the unscripted or documentary world is much scattershot. So it can be even more valuable to have an organizational system to track what paperwork belongs to what footage, scene or storyline. So we are here at our Structure Map Template and we're just gonna go ahead and attach the paperwork for scene one that is being shot day one and as you can see I have the tabs open for both the Structure Map Template and the Main Board Template because we're going to be attaching paperwork to both and I'm gonna show you how to…
