- [Instructor] After organizing your project board to track your videos, your team members, your paperwork, and your schedule, the next step is assigning colors to help you track your progress. I use specific colors to give me a very quick visual representation of which stage all of my videos are in at any one time. As a side note, if you watch the lesson in the chapter about scripted or unscripted workflows about assigning colors, this process is very similar. But let's review it again. As a quick review, there are two ways to assign labels to your cards. The first of which is to click on the card, go to Labels, and assign them and edit them here. But the faster way, that I like to do it, is using the hotkey L. So, I'm gonna click the L key and I'm just gonna start assigning different colors. And I'm gonna walk you through the colors that I use, but you are more than welcome to use whatever colors that you want. For green, I like to use.... Green is complete because I like to think…
