Using block mode

- [Instructor] Minecraft is a computer game featuring a block world. It's a sandbox-style game with an emphasis on building and creativity. With Tinkercad you can export models for your Minecraft worlds using block mode. This is a rotunda-inspired design that I've been working on. You can use the exercise file to follow along. So this design is finished and my last step is to group the shapes. CTRL + A to select everything, then group. On the shape inspector, choose solid and choose multicolor. Now go to block mode. There are three scale options. So you want to keep an eye on the tree and the level of detail as you figure out which is best for your model. I think the middle one is going to be the best choice for me. And I'm happy with how this file is translating into blocks. But don't be afraid to go back to the 3D design workspace if you do want to make some changes. And while we can't change the design within block mode,…
