Selecting strategies

- [Narrator] As you start to work with multiple shapes, it's important to be comfortable with a variety of methods for selecting and deselecting. Let's pull a box, a cylinder and a sphere onto the work plane. You already know that you can select individual objects by clicking on them with the left mouse button. If you want to select multiple objects at once, you have a couple of options. To select all of the objects in the workspace, you can use the shortcut Command or Ctrl + A, click anywhere on the work plane to deselect. You can also use the option of a bounding box start by clicking anywhere and empty space, and then drag a selection box around the objects and let go. Click in the empty space to deselect. Note that when you're making the selection box, you don't actually need to fully surround the shape just cross it, let's try that great you deselect.
