Duplicating shapes

- [Instructor] Let's explore the options for duplicating shapes. Click and drag a box onto the Workplane. And then up on the toolbar, click on Duplicate. Did you see that brief flash of red? There's now a copy of the box on top of the existing one. You can tap your arrow keys to pull it out. Another way to duplicate a shape is to hold the Alt or Option key and then click and drag the shape out to the side. If you want to constrain the movement to one axis, you can hold down the Shift key as well. You can even hold down the Alt or Option key while rotating with the grips. Let's try it. Alt Option, click and drag on the curvy grip to rotate a duplicate shape. There's one more option for duplicating and that's duplicating the entire design document. In the upper-left hand corner, click on the Tinkercad Logo. On your Design, click on the gear and choose Duplicate.
