In addition to his articles, Tim has published four management books, including the best-selling "how-to" book on merger and acquisition due diligence and integration, The Complete Guide to Mergers and Acquisitions.
Tim Galpin was the recipient of the first annual 2010 University of Dallas Haggerty Teaching Excellence Award. He was also an instructor at the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). Tim Galpin holds a PhD in organization development from UCLA, and a masters degree in management from Southern Illinois University.
