- [Instructor] Even before you take your first look at the app, you need to start thinking about what to do with the data once testing it complete. The issues and ideas that are gathered during both alpha and beta tests have value. If the issues discovered in your projects aren't resolved prior to the end of testing, it's likely they will appear in future versions of your project. Defining a process to get the data from test into the next update starts with communicating with your development team. Before you even begin testing, make your partners aware that you don't expect every issue to be resolved prior to the release, but you do expect them to take ownership of the results of the test. Differing results isn't ideal on any project, but it's reality. Companies have a schedule and limited resources.
