- [Instructor] Alpha testing is a touchy subject for development teams. They have worked hard to create an app that works and alpha is the first, putting a critical eye on the product. You want to launch your test flawlessly because if you start out with testing issues, it will carry through the whole test. Development will lose confidence in your test and begin to question your results. A big risk is building a new plan when you haven't even seen the product.
