Sharing a project
- [Instructor] Another way to collaborate with others using Tekla BIMsight is by using a file sharing platform like Google Drive, or OneDrive, or Dropbox, or even in a file that you share inside your network. Before we create a new project here, I'm going to close Tekla and let's create a Project Folder. I'm going to create here, inside my Google Drive, a new folder called Project Folder. Now I'm going to add the IFC files inside this folder, so I'm going to get, from the Exercise Files here, get the Architectural File and the Structure, make sure I copy them inside this folder. Now, I can go ahead and share this folder with all the other stakeholders. In the meantime, we're going to create our new project. I'm going to open Tekla BIMsight again. Let's go create a New Project. I'm going to rename it to Summer House. Now, before we open the Project, let's click on Project Management and choose a Project Folder.
