Exporting and importing notes
- [Instructor] One way to collaborate with others using Tekla BIMsight is by sending and receiving notes. So first, let's create a note here. I'm going to add a clipping plane here, another one here. I know there's an issue with the curtain wall in this structure here in this part of the building, so I'm going to hide some elements. I also want to hide this slab. And I want to call attention to this problem here, so I'm going to create a Markup, do some red lining. Let's put an arrow here, and then create the note. So I'm going to go in Add Note. First thing, make sure your note is Public, not Private, otherwise others won't be able to see it. I'm going to change the type to Architecture and add a comment here, please revise curtain wall, and then hit Save. Now, we can share this note by going in Sharing and then Send as an E-mail or Save to File. So I'm going to Save to File now. Let's save as a Curtain wall issue, and then Save.
